Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription will not auto-renew for the next billing cycle
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing period
- All your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 14 days of initial subscription purchase (first-time subscribers only)
- Technical issues preventing service access for more than 24 hours
- Incorrect charging or billing errors
- Service unavailability due to maintenance exceeding 48 hours
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log into your account
- Go to Billing Settings
- Click on "Request Refund"
- Fill out the refund request form
- Submit your request
Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Generated content that has been downloaded or used
- Add-on purchases and one-time fees
- Subscription time used beyond the 14-day trial period
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
